3 Ideals That Blew My Mind (+my favorite new boy band)

Around the age of 24 I discovered three things that would change my life forever:

1. Paul Chek and his Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology method.

To this day I attribute much of my success as a trainer to what I learned studying the books, VHS programs, and live certifications offered by the CHEK Institute.  When young trainers ask me what will set them a part in a market full of wanna-bees I tell them to invest Paul’s courses.

2. Grass Fed Beef.

It was around this time that I discovered I was gluten intolerant.  After cutting out most grains I adopted a higher fat and protein diet.  I also switched from eating commercially grown veggies to organic.  When it came to eating meat I learned that commercially raised farm animals were treated poorly and fed horrible diets.  So, after some research I learned it was possible to buy meat from farmers who allowed their cattle to roam free and eat their natural diet of grass.  This not only leads to healthier meat and a happier cow, it cut down on environmental pollution and stress on the earth ecosystems.

3. Living Fuel.

If you’ve been following me for long enough you know how much I love Living Fuel.  It is the only supplement that is ALWAYS in my cupboard.  Living Fuel is like nutritional insurance.  When I use it or give it to my children I feel confident we are getting all of the micronutrients which are lost in most commercially farmed foods.  Even organically grown foods are deficient in many minerals and such due to the poor condition of our soil.

In 2014 I had the pleasure of meeting KC Craichy, the founder and owner of Living Fuel.  For years I’ve been impressed by the quality and care KC invested in creating, what I believe to be the best “whole foods” meal replacement on the market.  But meeting him and his family gave me a inside look at how he infuses the same kind of care and quality into everything he does.

For example, all of his children are musically talented.  KC has encouraged each of them to excel in singing and playing instruments.

His two oldest sons have even started a “boy-band” that features music and songs which align with their core values, rather than the shallow banter of the worlds values.  If you’ve seen the YouTube video I created with KC and his family last year you may have gotten a glimpse of their talent and passion.

Tomorrow the boys, who call themselves The KAJ brothers are releasing their new long-awaited new EP titled Chivalry.

I saw a sneak peek of their new music video She Wants to Dance and it is hot. I have known Kyle and Austin for years and they are super talented musically. I’m sure you will agree. This song is not being released until Thursday, but they are giving me the chance to share it with you first.

You can see their music video here:

What I love most about what these guys are doing is their courage and commitment.

Its amazing how life unfolds if you have the courage to choose what you want and the commitment to see it through to the end.

KC has done this in building his nutritional supplement company, and now his sons are following in his footsteps.

I believe that if more of us became clear about what we want and how we’d like to serve others there would be a lot less anxiety and depression in the world.

Keep Growing Stronger, the world is yours,
Elliott
