Deficit Dead Lifts for massive gains

A few weeks ago I uploaded a video of myself
doing “deficit dead lifts” with a snatch grip.

This is where I stand on a 3″ platform when doing
dead lifts.

The extra distance adds more stress on the body and
makes this one of the best exercises for overall mass
gain EVER!

Here is a video of Ben Pakulski doing the same
exercise with some crazy heavy weights!

    Love doing deficit DL’s…Try using a rope or chain to grip the bar, even better!

    I think there’s a flaw in the way these are recommended – it’s the size of the plates as well as the height of the platform
