Elliott’s Plan To Lose 10 lbs Of Fat

Hey! First… Thank you.

Thanks for supporting me this weekend in my strongman

And thank you for reading my newsletter and watching my

I really love sharing this stuff with you and I appreciate your

Now… since preparing for the last few strongman shows I’ve
put on a few extra pounds of “soft flesh” — fat.

Since I’ve decided to take a break from competing for the rest
of the year I’m gonna work on cutting back a few pounds in
order to get my sexy back.

I’ll tell you more about my training in a few weeks. I’m
actually writing a new book about it.

But today I’d like to share the diet I’m following for the next
few months.

It’s Jason Ferruggia’s Renegade Diet.

If you remember my Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded meal plan,
this is very similar.

Basically there are fasting phases, under-feeding phases and
over-feeding phases.

All designed to help you burn fat and build muscle at the same

Jason’s method is a little different from the LHM diet. That is
why I’m gonna give it a try.

If you’re looking for something new to follow before the “beach
season” arrives… then you might want to join me and use
Jason’s diet for a few weeks.

Although I am 100% confident that this program will work, I’ll
still take pictures and keep you guys posted with my results.

Elliott “The Incredible” Hulse

PS – This method of dieting is not only super simple, it allows
you to eat almost all of your favorite foods.

And if your like me, you LOVE food :)

Yo! Elliott … I’m happy to hear your goal is to lose some fat (without much if any muscle loss) – that’s exactly what my goal is. I’ve been training hard for about 2 years, taking my body from a sloppy-boozy 190lbs to 210lbs of decently firm, moderately muscular body with a 400lb deadlift, 365lb squat and 200lb axel clean & press. I’m happy with the strength gains at 40 years old, but the body doesn’t look like I want it to.

I want to focus on fat loss while staying strong.

My question is … what type of training will you be doing while on the Renegade Diet? I’m contemplating doing progressively harder/longer circuits using strongman exercises.

Let us readers know how you are planning on changing up your workouts to maximize fat lose.

    Keep it up!

I find that the best diets are the simplest and the ones that you don’t have to eliminate your favourite foods. If I don’t get to eat my favourite foods I get grumpy. I find that Intermittent fasting works the best for me.
