Elliott’s Plan To Lose 10 lbs Of Fat

Hey! First… Thank you.

Thanks for supporting me this weekend in my strongman
competition.

And thank you for reading my newsletter and watching my
videos.

I really love sharing this stuff with you and I appreciate your
receptivity.

Now… since preparing for the last few strongman shows I’ve
put on a few extra pounds of “soft flesh” — fat.

Since I’ve decided to take a break from competing for the rest
of the year I’m gonna work on cutting back a few pounds in
order to get my sexy back.

I’ll tell you more about my training in a few weeks. I’m
actually writing a new book about it.

But today I’d like to share the diet I’m following for the next
few months.

It’s Jason Ferruggia’s Renegade Diet.

If you remember my Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded meal plan,
this is very similar.

Basically there are fasting phases, under-feeding phases and
over-feeding phases.

All designed to help you burn fat and build muscle at the same
time.

Jason’s method is a little different from the LHM diet. That is
why I’m gonna give it a try.

If you’re looking for something new to follow before the “beach
season” arrives… then you might want to join me and use
