There are a ton of things I hate about fitness training.
Heck, I even hate the phrase “fitness training”.
What I hate even more are ISOLATION EXERCISES.
I’m not here to tell you why isolation exercises might not
be right for you. Honestly, there is a place for them and
they really work for building individual muscles.
But I personally hate them.
I hate biceps curls.
I hate leg extensions.
I hate lateral raises.
I hate calf raises.
And most of all… I hate crunches.
To me there is nothing more emasculating than pulling a
700 pound dead lift personal record…
And then stooping down onto the floor to perform a series
of belly tightening gyrations!
It just seem ridiculous to me.
Instead of your typical Jane Fonda “ab exercise” routine, you
might want to try one of these 33 Abs Finishers next time.
You’re probably familiar with the term “finishers”, right?

end of your workout to increase fat burning and stuff.
