paleo + intermittent fasting RESULTS

I’ve been slowly, but steadily losing weight over the
past 3 years.

Back in 2010 when I took a break from high level
strongman competition I weighed a whopping 250
pounds!

At only 5’9, all that weight made me look like a bowling
ball, lol.

Sure, I was strong as hell… but my body fat was very high,
I lost my breath while doing simple things like climbing a
staircase… and I could barely bend down to tie my own
shoelaces.

Anyway, right now I am around 195 pounds and my body
fat percentage is probably around 13%. And as I stated
earlier, my gains have been slow and steady… I’m just
taking my time ;)

Regardless, just by watching my videos you can see that
my physical transformation has been drastic.

There is no doubt that whatever I am doing — is working!

So, what the heck am I doing?

The truth is the I bounce around from diet to diet a lot.

Its not because I haven’t found one that works, I just get
bored easily.

Counting calories suck.

And eating broccoli and turkey everyday grows sickening.

But there are 2 go-to methods that I always seem to find
myself going back to.

And when I stick with it for a few weeks, I drop fat like
a mad man!

Paleo dieting + Intermittent Fasting.

No matter what diet, or in-between-diet, I am following
I always keep my food choices within the Paleo parameters
by eating very little to ZERO grains and dairy.

And at least 2-3 days a week I simply fast. I just don’t eat
any calories until dinner time.

Is this the Holy Grail of dieting that YOU MUST do?

I don’t think so.

I just like it because it’s super easy to follow and always
seems to work for me.

And this is just one more reason why I like Travis Stoetzel’s
Unbreakable Badass Blueprint.

Not only are the workouts SICK, he also gives you a
suggested meal plan to follow that is basically Paleo + IF
(like I use).

Like I said earlier this week, I really like and trust Travis…

…and after looking at his “Crossfit on Steroids” workouts, with
sound yet simple dieting advice for getting ripped and strong, I

Do you NEED it?

Probably not.

Will the programming and meal plans get you strong and ripped
if you follow it to the letter?

Yes.

Will it actually turn you into a “badass”?

Honestly, that is totally up to you :)
